This is the fullest preparation pathway. The buyer performs the water extraction by repeatedly kneading and squeezing the powder inside a suitable straining bag.

Confirm the product-to-water ratio, extraction time and equipment instructions. In a shaker, check that the brewing ball is not overpacked.
The ratio or filtration may be wrong

The seal needs attention
